Our team consists of 5 data parsers and a couple of managers that help verify the data. We want to create the best possible experience for all of our users and that means we have to ensure we are on at all times possible. This space is always moving, and we want to ensure we cover every single timezone possible.
Our data team and support team will be at your disposal at anytime of the day. Currently we do our support through our discord, but we will be adding live chat functionality right through the website so you can get the help you need, when you want it.
